1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging (where applicable)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery)

  • Personal care and beauty products (if opened)

  • Gift cards or downloadable software products

  • Items marked as final sale


3. How to Start a Return

When emailing us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, unwanted gift), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or replacement, please contact us at selvoshop@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider first.

  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at selvoshop@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.


8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK law. As a consumer in the UK, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases, starting the day after you receive your goods. Our 30-day return policy extends and enhances those rights for your convenience.
