Gift cards or downloadable software products

When emailing us, please include:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
We’ll provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, unwanted gift), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping costs (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
